We know that each person’s journey through illness is unique. For this reason, we, at the Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County, with the generous support of our donors and volunteers, work collaboratively with Nova Scotia Health Authority’s Palliative Care Service to offer quality programs to individuals referred for palliative care throughout our community – be it at home, in a long-term care facility, in hospital, the An Cala Palliative Care Unit or Hospice Cape Breton.
