The Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County is seeking an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in major and leadership gifts, previous capital campaign experience at a senior level and the ability to work effectively with community and business leaders.
The Campaign Director will have responsibilities for planning and implementation of a campaign on a number of levels, including solicitation protocols, prospect management, financial reporting and donor recognition programs. This position will require strong writing skills and the ability to conduct prospect research and prepare detailed prospect profiles that will guide donor engagement and solicitation activities.
The Campaign Director must have a strategic mindset that will lead to achievement of goals. The capacity to earn the confidence of the Campaign Team and Board of Directors to ensure that best practices and fund development techniques are applied to all facets of the campaign is key.
